Pricing:

Packaging:
All products are shipped bulk, in appropriately sized poly bags. Other packaging is available.

Payment Terms:
Net 15 day terms are available to domestic accounts that meet Sweet Performance Products, Inc. credit requirements. We also accept MasterCard & Visa credit cards.

Freight:
Orders are shipped F.O.B. from our facilities in Anaheim, CA. Orders of $500.00 or more, shipped to a single location, will be shipped freight prepaid. Those orders not qualifying for prepaid shipping will ship either freight collect or a freight charge will be included in the invoice total unless otherwise specified by customer.

Freight Claims:
Claims for shortages or errors in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Lost or damaged shipments must be claimed against the carrier.

Returns:
All sales are final. Authorization must be obtained from Sweet Performance Products, Inc. before returning any merchandise. Authorized returns may be subject to a restocking fee. If product is accepted as a return a credit will be issued. No refunds will be dispersed.

Limited Warranty:
Sweet Performance Products, Inc. warrants that said products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from the date of original purchase. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of parts. This warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the goods. Products in question must be returned to Sweet Performance Products, Inc. freight prepaid. This warranty does not apply to any product subject to damage in transit, accident or misuse or abuse following date of original purchase. Sweet Performance Products, Inc. shall not be responsible for any special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of products sold by them. Under no circumstances shall Sweet Performance Products, Inc. be liable for damaged or destroyed property, equipment, lost profits, lost savings, injury, loss of life or any other consequential, incidental, special or indirect damages resulting from the use of any product purchased from Sweet Performance Products, Inc. Products sold by Sweet Performance Products are intended for automotive, motorcycle and competitive marine use only.

Warning:
Sweet Performance Products AN fittings are manufactured to strict tolerances and engineered to be used with Sweet Performance Product’s “Max-Flo” stainless steel braided hose. Use of hose supplied by other manufacturers may result in the fitting being damaged during assembly or an unreliable and unsafe hose assembly.

Always pressure test hose assemblies to twice their operating pressure before installation!
